As Chester County’s only city and home to the oldest continuously operating steel mill in the United States, Coatesville forms an integral part of Chester County’s identity. The Lukens National Historic District offers a distinct cultural heritage and link with the past, while the proposed National Velodrome at Coatesville cycling facility stands as the City’s future.
